Return & Exchange Policy
- – You have 10 days from order receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- Eligibility: The product must be in its original, new condition to be eligible for any post-purchase action.
- Manufacturer Defects: Products with manufacturing defects will be exchanged immediately at no extra cost. We will cover return shipping fees.
Other Reasons: For returns/exchanges due to reasons other than manufacturing defects, return shipping fees are non-refundable. - Return/Exchange Delivery: The return/exchange process usually takes 4-6 business days from the date of your request, similar to standard order delivery.

Shipping Policy
- Standard Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-6 business days to be processed and shipped.
- Peak Season: Processing and shipping times may increase during peak seasons (e.g., launches, holidays).
- Shipping Address Changes: Shipping address and method cannot be changed after checkout.
- Shipment Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Delivery Monitoring: Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments after they leave our warehouse.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Combined Orders: We cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.
Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Packages
Incorrect Address/Phone Number: If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the package will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
No Pickup: If the receiver is absent during multiple delivery attempts or fails to pick up the package, it will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Damaged/Opened Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged or opened, take photos of the damage before inspecting the contents.
- File a claim with the shipping courier.
- Contact us via WhatsApp, including photos of the damaged package.
